The first thing I have to say is that it feels like the collider on the player is too large. In the original, there isn't much danger of turning into a tree which you've visually passed, only colliding head on and it can be frustrating to try to weave in and out of trees only to hit one.
Additionally, there seem to be a few things about the tree spawning which could be improved. Once I had a tree spawn directly in front of my with no way to avoid it. Additionally, the density of the trees seems to change a lot ocassionally making it very difficult to move.
Overall, the controls feel good and the way you handled the endless space works well enough.
The speed is very accurate. I feel like the trees' colliders are a little bit large so I constantly die in the first few seconds. The font and visual style match the Death Chase game. Good work!
The speed feels nice, but the fact that there are limits to the left and right definitely makes it feel restrained. Sometimes the enemy bikers get into positions that are really hard to shoot because of the boundaries. I do enjoy the explosions you put in when the bikers die, those are really satisfying.
Love the sekiro reference with the dead screen! The movements was a bit clunky, but not unusable, and in the beginning I couldn't play the game because there were simply too many trees. But a reset later and it was fine. Solid work!
This is such a cool clone, not only is it essentially identical to the original emulator, but the sekiro reference makes it standout nicely. The only issues are relatively small potatos, the money will and hi score to increase seemingly at random, and the sprites do not change. Everything else runs smoothly, great work!
